http://www.breastcancer.org/     I found this to be a very informative, well-organized, user-friendly website to research all medical aspects of breast cancer.  This is a very good place to begin research on breast cancer in general, and then specific diagnoses.  This is not an alternative treatment website.

http://breastcancerchoices.org  This is an excellent website for breast cancer information.  Women with breast cancer can get tested for iodine levels, heavy metals contamination levels, and bromide levels.

Breast Cancer?  Breast Health!  The Wise Woman Way by Susun S. Weed.   Despite a  lot of weird, spiritualistic nonsense, which I ignored, the wealth of information in this book was very valuable to me, especially when I was making decisions about surgery.  It does not bash modern medicine and standard cancer treatments; rather it discusses all of the available options including standard and alternative treatments.  It also provides lots of homeopathic and nutrition help for women who do choose to undergo radiation and/or chemotherapy.  The format is easy to follow.
